1. CHAMBER WORKING COMMITTEES The Membership / Ambassadors Committee: Develops recruitment strategies and implements campaigns to increase the Chamber’s membership: Also key to membership retention. Ambassadors mentor new members, educate, involve and engage Chamber members in reaching the maximum value of their investment. Ambassadors provide hospitality at events, are well-informed about the Chamber and conduct outreach and support activities on behalf of the Chamber. The Marketing and Communication Committee: The charge to this Committee is to develop a mechanism for ensuring consistence and quality in all Chamber of Commerce marketing materials and the Chamber's Web presence. 3. FUSION MARKETING GROUPS The primary purpose of the Chamber's fusion marketing groups is to develop joint marketing efforts and share resources. As in the leads groups, only one business or service in each interest area is permitted, and participants must be members of the Orange Chamber. Acceptance into the group is based on a first come, first served policy. Wedding Consortium: A business alliance and referral program for members who market to clientele planning a wedding. The group meets the first and third Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in the Chamber Office lower level conference meeting room. Members:
